Due to Mustang Special Utility District upon receipt of this request; Meter Set Fee $600, Water Connection Fee $3,400, Water Deposit of $100, Service Fee $25, and the Gunter Fee $500. All water will be metered by meters to be furnished and installed by Mustang SUD. The meter and/or connection is for the sole use of the member or customer and is to serve water to only one dwelling or only one business, and does not permit the extension of pipe or pipes to transfer water
from one property to another nor share, resell, or sub-meter to any other person, dwelling, business, property, etc.

Builder assumes financial responsibility for any damage, theft, or vandalism to any Mustang owned or installed component, to include, but not limited to, meters, RTR units, wires, boxes, and valves.

If not submitted within 30 days of completion of home, there will be an interruption of service or future meter set requests will be held until proper documentation is received.
